Hi, I was a virgin when I had my first pelvic exam (I had to go because my periods were so bad). It was not the most fun thing in the world but it was not real painful. It is more nerve racking than anything. I think you will be ok. It might help if you have someone go with you so you are not alone. My sister came with me to my first. I hope this helps.
