I had the same thing....... When I would be sitting down I was ok but as soon as I would stand up it was like a hot burning knife stabbing me in the right lower side. I asked the dr about it and they said it was related to the endometriosis and the scar tissue and adhesions from past surgeries I've had. I am now on Lupron and haven't had that happen since.
