Re: What works for HOT flashes?????

Addback therapy (PremPro) helped me too and eliminated all hot flashes and night sweats. I did a total of 9 months of lupron to get through my wedding, and since I wanted to go an extra three months beyond the recommended six, my Doc insisted on add-back therapy the last three months because of bone loss issues. Had I known it would wipe out the flashes and night sweats, I would have asked to be on add-back the whole time. Just something to think about and ask the Doc about. The little estrogen in the add-back did not fuel my endo.

Good luck and lots of hugs! Amy Meyer
