Laparscopy and Adesions/Possible Endo

I have had pelvic pain for the past 12 months in the area of my bladder and uterus once monthly which is gradually becoming worse each month. Scans see no cause for the pain, but when I otain a copy of my clinical records, I note that in my last caesar the surgeons were unable to separate my uterus off the superior aspet of my bladder and decided to leave it and cut in above the old incision/adhesion. I have had increased incidence of UTI's since my first caesar 6 years ago. My Doctor offered me a laparoscopy 7 months ago but I didnt know about these things until recently and I assumed it was a hormone imbalance and tried to treat myself holistically which helped pain to a certain degree, but when run down or doing any form of exercise this exacerbates the problem. Certain yoga positions I find very uncomfortable. Since finding out about the adhesions I have written to my Doctor to say I wish to have laparoscopy to investigate.

I presume he will attempt to separate the adhesions during that op but my thoughts are that if they couldn't separate it when uterus was huge and stretched during open surgery, is he really going to be able to do such by laparoscopy? Also given the nature of the position of the uterus and it being boggy, enlarged slightly and heavy, what is to stop the adhesions occuring again. I have read about a surgical technique callled a uterine suspension and intend to ask him about that when I see him next, but my other concern is, if my bladder is damaged during that surgery, is there a possibility I could be incontinent? Or will such be a temporary thing due to trauma? In my last delivery, they left the catheter in for 2-3 days and there was a lot of blood passed in the urine which now makes me suspect injury to the bladder during trying to separate. This did not happen with the first C-section.

Are a lot of surgeons familiar with uterine suspension and am I likely to be pushed into a hysterectomy now that I am 40yo? I only ask that as I have read other womens similar experiences and the Doctor has said to them that to avoid further adherence of said organs, they are best to do a hyseterctomy. If they remove the uterus though, the bladder would then be exposed to whatever is above the uterus would it not and adhere to something else, i.e. smalle intestine or owel? Sorry have no clue about female anatomy and just questioning these things.

Thanks in advance.
