I have had the same problems. I have been on four different birth control pills in the past year. They have all given me the worst migraine headaches and I keep having to switch. (Also none of them helped my periods or cramps.) My pain also varies throughout the month but I don't know why that is. My doctor just switched me to the Nuvaring and I am waiting to see how this will work. (I have still been in pain all month but maybe my period will be better.) I like my doctor but I also think that he really isn't concerned with all the pain I am in and that he wasn't all that concerned. I am trying to decide if I want to switch doctors. If you don't think your doctor is really concerned I would switch. You need to find someone who really wants to help you and is going to work with you. Both of my sisters had to push the drs to do a lap (because they thought there was nothing wrong) and they both had stage IV endo, cysts and fibroids.
