I do not know if this will help, But I went in for a tubal 2 and 1/2 years ago. It was the worst thing I have ever done. I did not know I had endo so when my reg obgyn got in there she removed the endo that she could find and performed a radical tubal. Basically meaning, she cauterized the entire length of my tubes. She told me after the surgery that she was suprised because I had no symptoms other than painful periods. She also said that my right ovary was so covered with endo that she was shocked that I was still having periods. Well after about 2 years I finally had to find a specialist because I was having so many problems. I ended up haveing another lap and the had to remove my tubes because they were filled with blood clot and all twisted. I thought everything would be fine .... Then I got a staph infection. I ended up back in the hospital and that was in Dec.03. I am still not back to my old self. They have tested me for all kinds of stuff and still not sure what is wrong. Before the second surgery, I was a very active martial artist. I have won several world championships. I am not trying to boost, just trying to let you know the change in my lifestyle. I can no longer due to very much. Walking around the block can be crucial. This from the same women that used to work out 3 hours a day. I really think you should check out all your options before you decide to do a tubal. I hope things go well for you. Keep us posted, LisaK
