Doctor in Portland, Oregon area that will actually treat my pain?

I live west of Portland in Hillsboro, and am looking for a good doctor in the area. I have really painful adenomyosis, and have also had surgery for endo (although I didn't have any new lesions last summer after having surgery for an ectopic pregnancy). I am not even functional the first couple of days of my period, and stay home from work, which truly sucks since I like my job. I bleed so heavily I can't leave the house, and spend a couple of days curled up in a ball. And my doctor (who moved) wouldn't give me anything strong enough for the pain. I want a doctor who will treat my pain and not treat me like a potential addict! Why do doctors seem to think that the pain from endo and adenomyosis isn't serious enough to be treated like plain old back pain (for which they will willingly prescribe strong meds!) Seems like a bias to me, although the women doctors are as dismissive as the men!

Feel free to email me privately with any recommendations (or names of doctors NOT to go to!)

Thanks, Carol
