Sorry, but no. It can't be seen on any test. The only way to know for sure is surgery. The possible exception is if you have a Endometria cyst on an ovary. That can been seen in ultrasound. But that's only a small portion of your body cavity.

You are wise to read up on Endo if you think you have it. Believe me, there are a lot of doctors who know practically NOTHING about it and if they do, they are not qualified to do the surgery properly. Believe me, I've been to SEVERAL doctors where I was telling him the current findings on endo/surgery/lupron etc. It's scary. There are a lot of options in treatment. You should make sure you understand them all to pick what is best for you.

There is also a lot of good information on this site regarding natural healing with herbs and diet etc. Search the old posts. They are great.
