I had found a very helpful website that gives you names and office phone numbers and office addresses to Repo Endo docs in your state. Just click on this link and click on your state or surrounding state http://www.sls.org/members/directory.html For me the hardest part has been finding a doc that I am confident has experience in dealing with endo and endo surgeries.
