I've had constant pain- mostly severe cramping with my cycle (but also even the week before) for over 20 years. A new doctor- an endocrynologist only now told me he suspects I have endo- and have had it all these years. Is a lap the only way to find out? If endo is not found- what other reason could explain such pain and other symptoms traditionally found with endo? (tests have already be done for cysts, endometrail biopsy, and mri- all negative) I know this pain is not in my head. Has anyone else experienced anything similar?
