Hi, I was wondering if you know how much the dosage was that you were using, I am curious about that? I am not sure the amount my herbal Dr. previously gave me because it was in a herbal mix combined with other herbs, but now I take it in pill form before my period mostly for PMS... I take 350 mg now, but noticed that a tea I have says 850 mg. per tea bag. Sure not suppose to cause anxiety, but get rid of it...maybe the dosage was too high or possibly just like everything else what works for some, might not work for others. Thanks for the info.
