Vicodin vs. Lortab? I have been on Vicodin for pain from a kidney infection, well when I went to pick up my refill it was changed for Lortab. I took it and it affected me way diffrent than than the Vicodin. I have been throwing up and really drowsy. I asked my dr. to change it but he wont because he said that it is the same thing. I really dont think that it is the same thing, first of all Vicodin is white and the Lortab is white with little blue dots in it. Does anyone know what the difference is?
