-- I have had the same pain on my left hip/lower back/ and down my leg. I had a laparotomy for extensive endo in Dec. It was especially bad on my ureters. After the surgery, the backache was gone for only 3-4 weeks and is now bad as ever, but it is good to know what the problem is. I had gone to many docs and chiropractors, massage therapists and done all kinds of traction, physical therapy, and muscle relaxers. I do still use flexeril, it seems like when the pain is bad, then my muscles get tighter and make the pain worse. I had been treated for back problems for 11 years before my surgery for endo. Hope that helps.Good Luck!! :}
