Hi Shelbi,
Sorry you aren't feeling well. I was on cbcp for about a year and a half. During that time I would take a week off once every three months, like you. I would get the cramps like I was going to get my period, but I never bled. The doctor said that was good because I wasn't building up the lining of my uterus. All I know is that I didn't miss having my period :-)
