I know how hard this may seem, I have been there ready to have a hyst a year and half ago at the age of 23 but i didn't/ My advice would be to exhaust all of your options, I would have the surgery and have it excised not lasered. If i had to do it all over again I still would have tried the Lupron, Depot, and Zoladex, I wouldn't do them now since I have tried them and they didn't work, or were absoulutley horrible. Even my family and fiance had me convinced to get the hysto, this was when we have exhausted all of our options, they said they would rather have me pain free, then with children, but keep in mind the hyst doesn't always work either. I couldn't live with regrets of not knowing. I know this may seem like a difficult time, but I honestly would exhaust your other options first.
