Hi CharClark

The cream the doc prescribed is 5% strength, and after looking at a measuring spoon for 1/8th of a teaspoon I realize that I'm using about 1/16th of a teaspoon each night (days 6-26). It really is working, and I'm happy to also report that my libido has returned. I've yet to have a period, I've only been taking it for 2 weeks, but it stopped the hot flushes after the first dose. So I don't know what the cramping will be like. I'll be sure to post something about it though.
