Hi, Here is some info on the cream that I use & some info, & a site that does also use natural progesterone suppositories for various ailments including Hormone replacement, cysts....It seems that most medical Drs. do not believe in the cream, they say their is not enough progesterone contained in it to work, but I am living proof that it has taken my horrible cramps after a few months of treatment. I get it from my local health food store. The cream I use is(progestacare), their are different ones for menopause also to replace the estrogen loss... Is it natural progesterone in the ring that he is giving you? sounds very interesting, let us know how it goes. The soy is suppose to be very good for menopausal symtoms also. http://www.life-flo.com/shop/womenshealth.asp http://www.allnaturalalternatives.com/natural_progesterone_faq.htm http://www.pmstreatmentclinic.com God Bless Lori At Sun, 11 Apr 2004, charclark wrote: >
