Has anyone had Surgery while on Lupron? I am on my third shot which expires at the end of April. I have fairly major surgery less than 3 weeks later on May 18 (coccygectomy- surgical removal of the coccyx). I do like Lupron but feel I should discontinue it at this point. I am concerned about the stress Lupron will put on my body while I am attempting to recover? Even if I don't get another shot, it'll still be in my system for weeks..... Does anyone have any experience or knowledge to offer? Thank you!
