I myself have redness & dryness on some days extreme discharge and yes SEX forget about it, I can't even enjoy myself anymore (my boyfirend of 5 years is not very happy about that--he says he understands--but how can he?) I hate going to the Dr. for that same reason, the speculum hurts soooo bad? Regarding that white spot that you found I would do like Kristy said get a biopsy.

What is vulvodynia I have never heard of that? Thanks to all of you girls!!! Kim
