Re: Vioxx and Ultram? Any stories of either of these meds? please!

I took Ultram for a while. It was recommended to me because it acts much like a narcotic without actually being a narcotic, and harms your stomach less than the Toradol I was on. I have heard some people like this and do fine on it, but it made me feel really loopy. I went off of it because I couldn't function well on it. I felt strangely immobile and in my own stoned world. I recently did a google search on Ultram and found that some people find it addictive, even though it is not a narcotic. Ultram wasn't so bad that I would not recommend trying it though -- maybe it will be good for you. You might want to look into those rumors of addiction if you will be taking it continuously though. Good luck! --Liss
