After finally persuading my doctor to prescribe natural progesterone cream I started using it on Day 6, which was Monday evening, as suggested by Dr. John Lee in his book. I have slept like a log the past two nights, and haven't had a single hot flush in 2 days! I haven't had a single day without numerous hot flushes since November, when they took my right ovary out. I'm trying not to get too excited, and I'm keeping a diary of how I'm feeling. But man, does it ever feel good to not have hot flushes, I'd forgotten what its like to not feel sticky all the time! Could it be this easy, and could I be reacting to the cream this quickly? Its 5% strength, which I had thought was quite low.
