I have recently undergone laser surgery to remove severe endometriosis, an ovarian cyst and a fibroid. 5 days after the surgery I received my first injection of Zoladex. 13 days after my first injection, I started to bleed severely (clots) and was admitted to the A&E department of my local hospital. I am currently waiting for an ultrasound in 6 days time, to assess the situation. Could anyone advise whether they have experienced similar symptoms. As I understood that Zoladex would stop my periods almost immediately after being administered. As you can imagine, I am a little worried.
