Becky, Oh ueah it can come back....I have been told that the first period is the worst, and it will get better after that....for me...not true. My periods haven't been as heavy, but as far as pain, they came back far worse than ever before.... Hopefully I will get pregnant soon so I am pain free for 9 months...(at least a different kind of pain). Hopefully yours will be better!
