Hi! I had a lap done last year and my endo has also returned. I fortunately do not want children. But despite that I have never been told by my doctor to get pregnant. This is just my opinion, but if my dr. had told me that, I would have switched doctors. Just b/c you have a child, doesn't mean the endo won't come back. It may not bother you the 9 months that you are pregnant, but after that it can come back. I am on continuous bcp's and it's not working so I am thinking of going on Lupron this summer sometime. I know you said you live in the middle of nowhere (same here), but I would really consider either sitting down with that doctor and telling him/her that there are other options, such as cbcp's, lupron, another lap., etc. or I'd find another dr. in the next town. I hope you start to feel better soon!
