Re: Endometriosis and fatigue

Well...the good news is you are not alone. I am always tired too. I hardly have strength to get up out of bed. I don't feel like doing much of anything. Fatigue and endo seem to go hand and hand. However I find what helps me is taking a good multi-vitamin and trying to stay active. I know it is hard, especially when you just don't have the energy. In worse case scenarios RED Bulls are my best friend. Just try and hang in there. Ask your doctor if there is anything else you can do. But know that you are not alone. Take care of yourself and most importantly try your best not to overwhelm yourself, it only makes things harder. Get as much rest when you can on your downtime and take it day by day. I hope I helped a bit. God Bless Tiana
