Have stage 4 endometriosis and have multiple laps ( 4 in the past year ). I keep getting ovarian cysts that require surgery. I am not a candidate for bcp's due to a blood clotting disorder and have been on lupron 4x and depo provera. Any ideas? I have one ovary left as it is and am scared that repeated ovarian cystectomies will leave me with no viable tissue. Is this a valid concern?
