hi Jordan- Welcome to the "club" Sorry you are in so much pain. I agree laps are great--good fix to painful nights & heavy periods, however I am a firm believer that a lap is NOT a cure I don't feel there necessarily is a cure per say. Let me ask you a couple of questions..When you take the pill, are you taking it continuously? or are you still getting a monthly period? What kind of birth control are you on? I COMPLETELY sympathize with you, I am 26 & was diagnosed at 21, but have had endo. since I was 17 & no one could figure it out. So I know you will be going through many trials & errors of trying to keep the pain under control & not leting it consume you. I also understand what it's like to feel alone. People who here it's a "female thing" say "oooh it's just bad cramps, take some ibuprofren" No one understands until they walk in your shoes just how bad it can be. Just remember Idon't believe people are cruel I just think they are "ignorant" to our situations. Keep you head up honey & keep coming back here. Read what people are saying,. ask questions, listen & learn. I am SSOOOOOOOOO glad I found this site!!! Kelly :)
