wierd discomfort, for lack of a better term...From: Tricia (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu Feb 26 09:56:40 2004
Hello, Got a question for all of you ladies. I had my third lap (second for endo) on Feb 18. All of the endo (hopefully) that was not removed from my second lap, was removed this time. What was left was a small spot on top of, but not involving, my left ureter. I have been feeling pretty good, all of the abdominal pain is gone. I never had relief after my second lap. BUT, ever since the first time I tried to pee after my surgery, I have had this specific pain/discomfort, over my bladder, but a little off to the side, in one specific spot. There is no burning, and the pain feels like it is on the inside, if you know what I mean. I have this when I feel that I have to pee until a little while after I have gone. Sometimes, it is worse than others, and I have been woken up from it a couple of times at night. Most of the time, it is just annoying. I guess I go more than "normal" (10-15 times a day, and at least once, but usually twice at night). I also sometimes have the urge to go. I have had pain with urination before, but the pain was more diffuse. Do any of you know what this might be? Thanks in advance
-- Tricia
