Hi. I am amazed to find this site. I had no idea that there were so many people out there with endometriosis. I had a laparoscopy and was diagnosed with endo 9 years ago. I have been on birth control pills ever since but went off of them 6 months ago. I really don't want to be on them anymore due to side effects of depression and anxiety. I am concerned that the endo is coming back because I am not on the BCPs, but I don't have any pain except the occasional gastrointenstinal problems. My question is - am I risking re-growth of the endo by not being on the pill, or does the pill really just deal with the symptoms? I am terrified that I will become infertile, and I desperately want kids. Unfortunately, I have not met a man to have them with yet. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
