Talking to the doctor!!!! Help!!!

So today I finally called the doctors office. I asked that receptionist to leave a messege for the doctor to call me. She asked me my symptoms and said the doctor would probably want to see me and she could schedule me an appointment tomorrow. I told her no, my Mom (I'm 17) doesn't want to have to pay agian and I just want to ask the doctor a couple of questions. She said she would leave a messege for the doctor to call me. He of course has'nt yet, but I'm hoping he will tomorrow, and if not I'll call again and well I'm not gonna take any crap, and not gonna be persauded to come in because it's the doctors fault I feel like this and I'm not paying more money for him to mess me up more! Anyways the point of this email is I'm trying to figure out how to get my point across to the doctor when I talk to him and figure out what questions to ask him. So here is what is going on with me. I had a laparoscopy on Jan. 16 and they found 7-8 of Endo that they burned off. I was sick for a while and it took me a week and a half to get feeling better enough to be out of bed and walking around. I was still of course weak and tired, but I was able to do more stuff. Then it was a week before my period and I started getting sick again as usual, but I expected this cuz it takes the body a bit to get used to the change from the Lap. So anyways on Feb. 13 I got the Depo Provera shot that was supposely suppose to help the endo and help me feel better. Well the only symptoms he told me it would give me is still bleeding for a bit, and maybe even heavier bleeding. Wrong! I hardly bleed at all after the shot when it was my period. Then after the shot I started feeling weak, having cramps (And I only get those before and during my period, and its been after for a while now, and I'm having them horribly) horrible back pains, nauseas, weak, exhausted, and hardly bene able to sleep because of the pain keeping me up. So basically I want to find out from the doctor what to do now, what other treatment to maybe get on that will actualyl help and not make me feel worse, what to do about the pain now, and how long it will last! So if anyone has any suggestions or anything before I talk to the doctor please share! Thank you for listening to me!
