YES! I was diagnosed with endo about 4 years ago, had a surgery to remove it, and a year or two afterwards became pregnant and delivered a perfectly healthy baby boy. People have babies after endo all the time when cases aren't terribly severe. I would recommend asking your doctor what he thinks of doing a laparoscopy to remove the endo as I really think that did the trick for me. Cramping went away, and I became pregnant very easily.
