I have started seeing a new doc who says there is a happy medium with estrogen add-back. Your estrogen levels spike right after a lupron shot and then greatly decrease. Some women have no reaction to the drop, others do. You can have a small amount of estrogen add-back that will not affect what the lupron is doing. Enough to take away the menopausal symptoms but not too much to affect what the lupron is doing!!

Maybe you could find someone who is more educated about endo???
