Assuming that you have Endo, something that has helped me immensly is changing my eating habits. There's a book called "Endometriosis: A key to healing through Nutrition" by Dian Shepperson Mills and Michael Vernon where they discuss how the food we eat affects us. One of the biggies is cutting wheat from your diet. Turns out that in the 70's some wheat wass genetically modified and a few estrogens were added to the genetic make-up of wheat. The doctors/authors think that this tends to tweak our already fragile hormonal balance and make endo symptoms worse. I've noticed a HUGE improvement in my cramps as well as the fatigue that I usually suffer since cutting wheat out of my diet. They also recommend reducing or eliminating dairy products, but I haven't been as sucessful at that. Hope this helps a little, good luck! ~Wendee~
