Am I crazy or is this Endo?

Okay ladies.... I need your help. I have a crazy history and a husband who thinks I don't love him and I am so tired of feeling like crap. Okay, here goes....

First period at age 12...it came on so bad that my parents actually thought I was dying. From then on, the first day or sometimes two or three, I was in bed with severe cramps and heavy bleeding. At age 17, I finally sent myself to an OB/Gyn and was put on Ortho-tricyclen to regulate my periods.

It seemed to help somewhat. Periods still came heavy at least one day but lasted only four to five days instead of seven to eight. Then, because I inherited my father's ulcers and drink Maalox as part of my daily meal plan, the ortho didn't work when it should. (NOTICE ladies - antacids have same effect on bcp as antibiotics) So, at the age of 24, I was pregnant with my first child. A week and a half after finding out I was pregnant, I got sick. And I stayed sick the entire time. My doctor said that for some reason, my body essentially looked at the baby as an alien and decided to attack it. After an 18 hour labor that ended in emergency c-section, he said that it was possible that I had endo. He did nothing.

I noticed from then on that when periods came, I got excruciating low back pain. I just associated this from the 18 hour labor. Yet it gets worse every month. Then, pregnant with my second child two years later, I was sick again, though even worse this time around. I had another c-section and made the easy choice of a tubal ligation. During the tubal surgery, I somehow got a staph infection in my kidneys. I was sent home then put back when it became evident that I was sick. I was given tranfusions for anemia, fluids to maintain hydration, and antibiotics to fight off kidney infection. My lungs became overworked and started filling with fluid. I was rushed to ICU where I had a wonderful diet, losing 35 pounds in less than a day when they drained all the fluid from my body (7 liters in 2 hours!!!)

I went home thinking all my girl guts would now be normal. WRONG! Now, periods are getting progressively worse. Usually would have one light day then one very heavy day then three more lighter days. Now I am at two VERY heavy days - thought I actually passed a piece of my liver last month. The cramps are very bad. The backache is terrible. I am constantly tired. I can only have maybe one bowel movement per week. My sex drive is shot (husband thinks its him). I am constantly nauseated. And to top it all off, we just moved to South Korea with my Army husband and we can't get an appointment with any of the doctors to find out what is going on.

I think he thinks I am just whiny. I had my annual pap three months ago and was told that it was abnormal. No real concern they said, just be sure to follow up with new doctor in three months to rule out anything. It feels like I rotting from the inside out and everyone seems to just blow me off. I am waiting for someone to suggest I get some happy pills because I must surely be crazy thinking that something is actually wrong. But it just doesn't seem right that at least two days out of every cycle I am soaking not only an ultra tampon but a maxi pad as well in less than an hour.

Somebody tell me if I am crazy or not!!! I am so tired of feeling like crap. After two very awful pregnancies where I was constantly sick, I feel that I've had my share of sickness and pain. ANY advice would be appreciated.

Thanks!!! Kelley
