My doctor told me that tylenol usually doesn't do anything for the cramps. I have found that Ibuprofen works sometimes. I take 4 every 4-5 hours. My doctor told me that it was safe for me to do that as long as i don't do it for more than 2 days. I have also found that getting in our hot tub helps, however I know that not everyone has access to that. Well I hope this helps. Feel free to email me anytime.
