I've had back injuries, so at first I thought it was that. My Chiropractor (chiropractic helps a LOT, by the way) said that a lot of my lower back pain is the endo. Like one person previously suggested, warm baths....get the water as hot as you can stand it and just soak. I like using epsom salts or nice smelling bath salts. The salts seem to relax me more. If the warm baths don't help, you may want to try ice therapy or see a chiropractor. Acupuncture should help you a whole lot though. I hope you feel better soon! --helen
