I had a laparoscopy Jan 13, they found endo and removed it by laser sugery. The recovery was much harder than I could have imagined. But I kept telling myself that the doctors had found endo, removed it and that my pain would at least mostly go away and be more managable and that the surgery was all going to be worth it. But then yesterday I started getting the familar sharp pains which come along with having my period. I was woken up in the morning with the pain just as bad as it has ever been, the nausea, back pain and hardly being able to move. I had to call in sick today. I am devasted that the laser surgery to remove the endo has not seemed to work. What is next for me? I have an appointment next week with the my doctor but I can't explain how upset and disapointed I am today. I would just like to know if anyone else out there has had experience with not feeling any better after the removal of endo lesions?
