Infection after laparoscopy -HELP! Hallo to all girls and ladies on this forum!!!! First to introduce myself: I have signed recently to this forum and it helped me a lot these past days. I'm 30 years old, married (since 2003), without kids and with ENDO. I already have had an operation at 2000., and 15 days ago I had laparoscopy (removal of endo-cyst). A several days after I came home I got pain on the right side, from the position of the right ovary and up. After the checkup, they told me that some liqied extracted from the tissue near the right ovary (and I presume the reason is infection, couse I got only two injections of antibiotics after the surgery. They told me to take antibiotics oraly. Does anyone have some experience or knowledge about this possible infections after laparoscopy? p.s.
