it's definitely not normal. but it does happen. i bled for 7 weeks on lupron. my doc gave me some premarin to stop the bleeding. it stopped it, but my pain increased. most women will have a period the first month they're on lupron. but it shouldn't be heavier or longer than a normal menstrual cycle.
