There is a class action suit going on to recover losses based on their price gouging and overcharging. Let's hope they win. See http://www.lupronlaw.com You can register on the site. NOTE: This does not cover INJURY done by taking Lupron. This is only because there's evidence that they deliberately inflated the price of the drug, overcharging many people (mainly women, of course) for it. I personally hope it bankrupts the company.
