Thanks sooooo much for the reply Dyan, it is very much appreciated! Not having regular periods and to be always wondering about the reason why I don't ovulate is a big worry for me. (And periods of 70+ day gaps is not an advantage either!) I plan to give another cycle of IVF another shot before I get a second opinion for the removal of my left ovary, since it is so disfigured that I initially thought it was a lump of fat in my stomach. I am prepared for whatever pains I may have to endure and the chances of endo returning, as long as I can have healthy babies with my husband.
