When I was on lupron, my doctor told me to get at least 1500mg of calcium a day. So I ate calcium rich foods and also took 1000 mg of calcium a day. If you need to add calcium to your diet in a food form Molasses milk is good. Molasses is high in both calcium and Iron so it's very good for you, and it tastes pretty good while you're at it.
