Hi :-), had laparoscopic surgery for endo on 15th Dec, they found alot of endo on pelvic walls, bowel ovaries etc which was removed. I have been bleeding for the last 8 weeks, ever since surgery. Most of the time its fairly light, some days only a bit of spotting, a few aches and pains etc but last week I had to take a few days off work for severe stabbing pains in both ovary areas and awful stomach cramps & my bleeding got heavier. I figured this was my first proper period since the lap. This is a bit gross but I passed some hunks of tissue which looked like whitish fat with a fine layer of skin on one side and a few small blood clots. Clots are not uncommen for me but this other stuff was a bit wierd, just wondered if anyone else out there has had anything like this after a lap.
