-- My daughter is going for her first laparoscopy, Tuesday. She is 20 yrs old. I am her mother and have had a rough menopause. I had bad reactions to ERT therapy, and I know what hormones did to my body. Therefore, I am worried about Lupron therapy for my daughter. Menopause is no picnic. I have heard the horror stories and wonder if she should go that way because it seems so drastic. Can anyone else give me any insight to the aftermath of Lupron? I am so worried for her, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
