My hair only started falling out a bit from taking Aygestin as addback therapy with Lupron. I'm pretty sure it wasn't the Lupron. I've since stopped taking Aygestin because the other side effects from it were debilitating.

I wish I knew what to tell you about keeping your hair. My recommendation would be to talk to your doctor since there are tons of other hormones to try instead of Aygestin that might not have that effect.
