Re: Bloating and Pain During Ovulation - Can Anyone Relate?

I used to have these pains but as I have told everyone before I have stopped eating bread and anything with yeast in it. It took a couple of months but I am now pain free (except for the pain of watching my husband eat a pizza and not being able to have any!) I also have switched milk to soya milk and have upped my fibre intake especially around the week before my period & when the pain you both get used to come. I hope this is of some help it can't hurt to try as it has worked for me and may work for you.
