If it is switching to your bladder/issues with peeing, consider getting an ultrasound/exam to see if it is pain coming from uterus pushing bladder, or directly the bladder. And discuss the possibility of IC with your doctor --- .
Aloe vera juice, probiotics, magnesium supplements, a metimucil, ...etc. eat easily digested food while it is worse, slightly boiled green vegies... if you can. (sounds silly but i sometimes tried not eating much just before so I would have my bowels fairly empty and when my periods were really bad, couldn't eat anyway... ) obviously not a long term solution, but may help survive a cycle or two.. best, Jennifer
