I have been on the shot for almost a year and Im doing okay occasional pain every now and then. I read here that taking calcium and vitamin d helps and a high fiber diet also helps is that true? Also is there anyone out there that has gotten pregnant after using the shot for over a year or more? I stress a lot about being able to be fertile. I know I could be the best mother and I want to be able to have a child of my own at least one, that I can say oh she or he has my eyes or my mouth or my hair and more! I want to experience being pregnant at least once. I know that theres always adoption and stuff but Im just really scared, Im young and single at the time and I am really stressed and I need to get some advice or at least talk to someone that truly understands me, please write to me! Any advice or opinions will help me! Thank you for your time!
