Yes, Great improvement from Natural Progesterone cream/derived from wild yam. It eliminated my horrible menstrual cramps! Took a few months to start working & when I stopped using it,the cramps have come back. It is suppose to balance the estrogen dominance, which I read that endo feeds on.
