Would the cyst cause bleeding during the pill cycle? Hi, I have been diagnosed with paraovairian cyst twice. I had a laparascopy once. I think you should wait. The cyst shouldnt cause bleeding. Also try to loose a little weight, it helps. If after the follow up- the cyst did not shrink, then i suggest you do get a laparoscopy. Although you may have to keep taking ortho- it helps to prevent cysts. Good luck.
